Mechanical engineer from São Paulo University (USP) Polytechnical School, in Brazil, with specialization in Industrial Administration from FCAV/USP and in Marketing from ESPM and Business School. Additionally, she attended other courses in Brazil and abroad and took part in internships in the United States and Germany. She has over 42 years of experience in the packaging market, with expertise in the areas of development, strategic planning, and business management, having worked with Cyklop, DixieToga, TetraPak, and Ripasa. Also, a writer and international speaker, she has covered themes such as packaging, trends and innovation, sustainability, among others. She has participated in major national and international events and fairs like InterPack, K, Emballage, Chinaplas, Canton Fair, Tokyo Pack, Envase, Anuga, Drupa, Pack Expo, Drinktec, SIAL, ISM, Ambalaj, and Andina. She has won national and international awards, including Professional of the Year in 2011 and the 2013 Embanews Brazilian Packaging Award. Currently she is the Director of FuturePack and Instituto de Embalagens (Packaging Institute).

Having worked at the Instituto de Embalagens for more than ten years, he is currently a marketing and communications analyst. She has been involved in packaging journalism for 30 years. She has written for Embanews Magazine and is now the editor-in-chief of Pack Magazine and a communications consultant at Instituto de Embalagens (Packaging Institute).

Executive President of the Brazilian Association of Steel Packaging and Prolata Recycling. Food engineer from Mauá School of Engineering. MBA in business management from the University of São Paulo (USP) and postgraduate in marketing from ESPM. Experience and expertise in the dairy, meat, and processed foods market. Participation in projects aimed at the sugar and alcohol industry. Works as a consultant for food companies in new product development and market strategy. Coordinated packaging and environmental projects at CSN (National Steel Company). Currently, she is an executive at ABEAÇO and Prolata, coordinating projects related to ESG, communication, market strategy, government relations, and marketing.

Valeska Domingues

Bachelor’s degree in business administration from Centro Universitário Fundação Instituto de Ensino para Osasco (Unifeo) and postgraduate degree in business management from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. She has worked for over 20 years in the administrative, financial and organizational management areas. She has already visited the Canton Fair, the largest multi-sector fair in the world, held in China. For more than 2 years at the Packaging Institute, she is the Manager of the Institute.”

Antonio Carlos Teixeira Álvares:  Production Engineer from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo. Master’s and PhD in Business Administration from the São Paulo School of Business Administration at Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Professor at the São Paulo School of Business Administration at Fundação Getúlio Vargas – Department of Production and Operations since 1974.

Antonio Pedrozo: Graduated in industrial chemistry from Solesiana University. Currently, he is the responsible chemist and quality specialist at Zempack, where he provides support in quality management and technical assistance to clients.

Argemiro Sanches: Graduated in business administration and pos graduated (MBA) in retail management at USP (São Paulo’s University), and marketing at ESPM (Superior School for Advertaising and Marketing). Has worked in the marketing area of ​​real estate paints for 40 years, having worked at Tintas Coral, Suvinil and now is Commercial Manager at Tintas Eucatex.

Claldemir Antonio Datrino: Bachelor and licensed in chemistry from Mackenzie University, with postgraduate degrees in strategic business management, strategic project management, and strategic people management. He has been working in the development of industrial paints and varnishes since 1986, initially focusing on OEM automotive paints and varnishes. For the past 16 years, he has been working with varnishes for general metal packaging at PPG Industrial do Brasil.

Cleverson R. Godinho: Degree in mechanical engineering from Fundação Oswaldo Aranha (FOA). He has over 27 years of experience in quality improvement and the development of metal sheets for new applications in metal packaging. Currently serving as technical quality manager at CSN.

Eliane Romero:  Graduated in letters from the Faculty of Philosophy, Sciences and Letters of Fundação Santo André (FSA), and post-graduated in business management from the University of São Caetano do Sul (USCS). She has been working for 29 years in the packaging sector. Commercial director at Silgan White Cap do Brasil Ltda., a leading company in the twist-off metal caps segment.

Fiorella B.H. Dantas: PhD in food technology in 2014 and food engineer in 2003 from FEA/UNICAMP. She has 30 years of experience in packaging. Currently, she is a level VI scientific researcher and technical manager of packaging interaction and compliance at the Packaging Technology Center (Cetea) of Ital.

Gilson Paraiso Wanderley: Graduated in mechanical engineering from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), with a postgraduate degree in production engineering from UFPE and an MBA in marketing from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). With over 30 years in metal packaging, he has worked in various sectors such as maintenance, production, quality, planning, projects, and commercial areas. Currently, serve as general director of Indústrias Reunidas Renda.

João Vicente Tuma: Graduated in production engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (USP) and holds an MBA in business management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). He has over 30 years of experience in the manufacture of metal packaging at Brasilata, working in industrial operations and product development. He is a technical director and shareholder.

Juarez Castro: Master in business administration from the Institute of Teaching and Research – INSPER, with expertise in circular economy and sustainability. Postgraduate in economic and strategic business management and in business management from FGV, as well as a postgraduate degree in production engineering. He is industrial director at CMP – Companhia Metalgraphica Paulista.

Marco Zorzetto: Chemical engineer graduated by the Federal University of Paraná and a postgraduate degree in cosmetics by Instituto Racine. He is currently industrial manager responsible for the development, production, and technical support of the Ink’s unit at Metal Printing.

MARCOS SERAFIM: Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from FEI University Center and holds an MBA in Packaging Development from FACAMP. He has over 10 years of experience in the manufacturing of metal packaging and is currently the Quality Coordinator at Brasilata. With deep knowledge in manufacturing processes and technical standards, he also serves as the Regulatory Affairs Director at ABAS, the Brazilian Aerosol Association, leading initiatives for the development and improvement of quality standards for aerosols.

Renato Silveira: Pharmacist and biochemist from Universidade Paulista. He has worked for 27 years in the market for specialty chemicals for the steel packaging industry, where he began his career in quality control laboratories and technical assistance. He has worked for several companies in the sector. He is currently the sales manager for specialty chemicals for metal packaging at ACTEGA Brasil.

Ronaldo de Oliveira: Graduated in accounting from Colégio Washington Luís, in administration from UBM-RJ, and certified as an ISO auditor by Instituto Benzonili. Currently finishing a postgraduate degree in quality management from Cruzeiro do Sul. He has been working in the field of lithography for 34 years and has spent the last 12 years continuously developing new technologies in the production process. He is the Prepress Supervisor at Cinbal.

Simone Ruiz: Bachelor’s degree in industrial chemistry from Oswaldo Cruz Colleges, with a postgraduate degree in sustainable projects, climate change, and corporate carbon management from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), and an MBA in Strategic Planning and Management from Uninter. She has over 30 years of experience in the packaging market, with expertise in R&D, quality, project management in innovation, and sustainability. She has been with the Instituto de Embalagens for over six years and currently serves as the coordinator of the technical department.

William R. dos Santos: Career professional at the CSN Research Center – National Steel Company, in product development – metal sheets. He works as staff and providing technical support to the entire production chain, commercial sector, and the metal packaging market.
